What type of information we have

We currently collect and process the following information:

How we get the information and why we have it

Arrowstream will often work as a data processor of personal information on behalf of our clients. When working with our clients data we will only request data that is required and only use Personal identifiable information unless it is absolutely necessary. Arrowstream will work with our clients under the rules set out in a data processing agreement to ensure the data is processed correctly and fairly.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and our clients  happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.
